趣味运动会-情侣折返跑比赛规则：

1、选手分组参加比赛，一名男生一名女生分为一组，需要男方背着女方往返各跑二十五米，全程共计五十米;

2、各参赛组须在指定的时间到负责人处签到，由工作人员安排参赛组入场;

3、比赛过程中，不允许出现女方脚着地的情况，否则就被判为犯规需要扣分;

评分细则：

比赛评分以时间为主要评分依据，根据比赛选手比赛时的时间长短打分，再依据选手在比赛过程中违反规则的情况进行相应的扣分处理，比赛的前二十组晋级决赛。
